The most reproducible MYH13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase, Positive regulation of hormone metabolic process, and Detection of mechanical stimulus. Each is linked with MYH13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH13-to-partner and partner-to-MYH13 results are reported.
