MYH13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,654 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL4, APTX, and LYSMD1. Each is linked with MYH13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH13-to-partner and partner-to-MYH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL4 grouped by MYH13-low versus MYH13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
