MYH10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPI, TRAIP, and UQCR10. Each is linked with MYH10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH10-to-partner and partner-to-MYH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPI grouped by MYH10-low versus MYH10-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
