MYH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUSAP1, ZWINT, and KNSTRN. Each is linked with MYH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH1-to-partner and partner-to-MYH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUSAP1 grouped by MYH1-low versus MYH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
