Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 149 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aminoglycan catabolic process, Glycosaminoglycan catabolic process, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with MYH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH1-to-partner and partner-to-MYH1 results are reported.
