Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, HBG1, and PRKRIP1. Each is linked with MYH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH1-to-partner and partner-to-MYH1 results are reported.
