MYG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, ACTR3BP6, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with MYG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYG1-to-partner and partner-to-MYG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS8P1 grouped by MYG1-low versus MYG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
