MYF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, FoxM1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MYF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYF6-to-partner and partner-to-MYF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by MYF6-low versus MYF6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
