Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF4L1, CENPF, and CDC42BPA. Each is linked with MYF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYF6-to-partner and partner-to-MYF6 results are reported.
