The most reproducible MYEOV-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLC2_S151, S100A11_S6, and ADAP1. Each is linked with MYEOV in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEOV-to-partner and partner-to-MYEOV results are reported.
