Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYEOV mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are Astrocytes, Adipocytes, and DC. Each is linked with MYEOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEOV-to-partner and partner-to-MYEOV results are reported.
