The most reproducible MYEOV-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chemotaxis, Regulation of actin filament polymerization, and Regulation of coagulation. Each is linked with MYEOV in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEOV-to-partner and partner-to-MYEOV results are reported.
