MYEOV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYEOV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D3, SCYGR2, and SIM1. Each is linked with MYEOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEOV-to-partner and partner-to-MYEOV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 grouped by MYEOV-low versus MYEOV-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYEOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYEOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
