MYEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2_S17, ANP32A, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with MYEF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEF2-to-partner and partner-to-MYEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYEF2 versus MYEF2_S17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
