MYDGF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYDGF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYDGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are DERL3, EAF2, and FKBP11. Each is linked with MYDGF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYDGF-to-partner and partner-to-MYDGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYDGF versus DERL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYDGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYDGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
