MYCT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYCT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,445 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIP, TGM2, and SLC2A3. Each is linked with MYCT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCT1-to-partner and partner-to-MYCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYCT1 versus VIP in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
