Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYCLP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYCLP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MYCLP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYCLP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and HNSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, MESO, and LUAD are the cancer types where MYCLP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
