MYCL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,540 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEK6, ARHGAP18, and PALM2AKAP2_S393. Each is linked with MYCL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCL-to-partner and partner-to-MYCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYCL versus NEK6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
