Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2P4, PINCR, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with MYCL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCL-to-partner and partner-to-MYCL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P4 grouped by MYCL-low versus MYCL-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
