MYCBPAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCBPAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCBPAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA3P2, MYO19, and XPNPEP1. Each is linked with MYCBPAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCBPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MYCBPAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPA3P2 grouped by MYCBPAP-low versus MYCBPAP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCBPAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCBPAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
