Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,475 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51HP, RNU6-222P, and LINC02658. Each is linked with MYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYC-to-partner and partner-to-MYC results are reported.
