Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,762 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYBPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELF3-AS1, PPP1R27, and TCF20. Each is linked with MYBPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPH-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYBPH versus ELF3-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
