MYBPC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,573 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRAP2, NFATC2, and MYO1G. Each is linked with MYBPC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC2 versus GRAP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.15.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
