MYB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,458 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT6, FA2H, and CAPN15. Each is linked with MYB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYB-to-partner and partner-to-MYB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYB versus GALNT6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
