Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,365 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extracellular matrix organization, Extracellular structure organization, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with MYB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYB-to-partner and partner-to-MYB results are reported.
