Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,136 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A2, FBN1, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with MXRA8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA8-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA8 versus COL1A2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
