MXRA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COPZ2, AEBP1, and COL3A1. Each is linked with MXRA8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA8-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA8 versus COPZ2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
