MXRA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-218P, MIR1261, and SAR1AP4. Each is linked with MXRA8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA8-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-218P grouped by MXRA8-low versus MXRA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
