Across TCGA cell cohorts, MXRA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,945 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amyloid-beta clearance, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with MXRA8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA8-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA8 results are reported.
