Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,414 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, TMOD2, and NUP88_S517. Each is linked with MXD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD4-to-partner and partner-to-MXD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXD4 versus CTBP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
