Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMUT, PIGR, and HSPA4L. Each is linked with MXD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD4-to-partner and partner-to-MXD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXD4 versus MMUT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
