MXD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 960 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, RNA5SP411, and RAB28P2. Each is linked with MXD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD4-to-partner and partner-to-MXD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by MXD4-low versus MXD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
