Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXD4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLP and Smooth muscle. Each is linked with MXD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD4-to-partner and partner-to-MXD4 results are reported.
