Across TCGA cell cohorts, MXD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,528 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with MXD4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD4-to-partner and partner-to-MXD4 results are reported.
