MXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR588, RNU4-67P, and RNU6-803P. Each is linked with MXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD1-to-partner and partner-to-MXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR588 grouped by MXD1-low versus MXD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
