MX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,485 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMPK2, DDX58, and EIF2AK2. Each is linked with MX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MX1-to-partner and partner-to-MX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MX1 versus CMPK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
