Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,973 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, DDX58, and OAS3. Each is linked with MX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MX1-to-partner and partner-to-MX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MX1 versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
