MX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-497P, CCL4, and UHRF1. Each is linked with MX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MX1-to-partner and partner-to-MX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-497P grouped by MX1-low versus MX1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
