MVK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MVK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGCS1, MMAB, and CAMSAP3. Each is linked with MVK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVK-to-partner and partner-to-MVK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MVK versus HMGCS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
