Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MVK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,492 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MVK-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHCR24, MMAB, and MSMO1. Each is linked with MVK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVK-to-partner and partner-to-MVK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MVK versus DHCR24 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
