MVD

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MVD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,862 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Terpenoid biosynthetic process, Isopentenyl diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Farnesyl diphosphate biosynthetic process, mevalonate pathway. Each is linked with MVD in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVD-to-partner and partner-to-MVD results are reported.
