MVD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MVD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, ADH1A, and GPR119. Each is linked with MVD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVD-to-partner and partner-to-MVD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by MVD-low versus MVD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
