Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUSTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,067 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUSTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of mRNA export from nucleus, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with MUSTN1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUSTN1-to-partner and partner-to-MUSTN1 results are reported.
