MUSK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUSK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,106 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUSK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBL3, LPAR1, and DDX21. Each is linked with MUSK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUSK-to-partner and partner-to-MUSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUSK versus TBL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
