Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUSK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,984 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, DPP4-DT, and CFAP221. Each is linked with MUSK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUSK-to-partner and partner-to-MUSK results are reported.
