MUSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUSK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY527, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MUSK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUSK-to-partner and partner-to-MUSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY527 grouped by MUSK-low versus MUSK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
