MUSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R, SLC32A1, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with MUSK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUSK-to-partner and partner-to-MUSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC3R grouped by MUSK-low versus MUSK-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
