MUCL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUCL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,601 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDEM3, MRPL35, and REG4. Each is linked with MUCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUCL3-to-partner and partner-to-MUCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUCL3 versus EDEM3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
