MUC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,780 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction, Positive regulation of growth, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with MUC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC7-to-partner and partner-to-MUC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction grouped by MUC7-low versus MUC7-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
