MUC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 423 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1MW2, TBC1D15, and TAF5. Each is linked with MUC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC6-to-partner and partner-to-MUC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
